Zur Verstärkung unseres Bereichs Value & Access Strategy an unserem Standort Berlin suchen wir einen (Junior) Berater Market Access (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

Strategische Beratung von Market Access, HE&OR und Policy Affairs / Governmental Relations Abteilungen von führenden Pharmaunternehmen und Emerging Biotechs
Teilhabe an der Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Arzneimittel-Launches in Deutschland und anderen europäischen Märkten in internationaler Zusammenarbeit
Mitarbeit an interdisziplinären Projekten im Bereich des Marktzugangs von innovativen Arzneimitteln rund um den AMNOG-Prozess (z. B. G-BA-Beratungen, HTA-Strategie, Analyseplanung, Simulationstrainings etc.)
Wissenschaftliche Analyse und Bewertung von Regulierungsinstrumenten und deren Wirkung im Arzneimittelmarkt
Ableitung adäquater Pricing-Strategien durch die Bestimmung von Preiskorridoren bei Markteinführung und Einschätzung des Wettbewerbsgefüges
Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Gewährleistung des Patientenzugangs und zur Optimierung der Patientenversorgung im ambulanten sowie stationären Bereich
Unterstützung bei der Durchführung gesundheitsökonomischer Analysen und Modellierungen
Horizon-Scanning gesundheitspolitischer Entwicklungen und deren Auswirkungen auf den Arzneimittelmarkt
Mitarbeit an Stakeholder-Engagement-Aktivitäten für einen fachlichen Dialog, z. B. mit medizinischen Fachgesellschaften, Akteuren der Selbstverwaltung und Gesundheitspolitik
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Publikationen und Projektberichten

Ihre Qualifikation

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom), in den Bereichen Gesundheitsökonomie, Public Health, Medizin, Pharmazie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert (z. B. im Rahmen von Praktika, Positionen in Beratungen, Pharmaunternehmen, Unternehmen der Selbstverwaltung oder verwandten beruflichen Feldern)
Analytische Denkweise für die Erarbeitung kreativer Lösungsansätze
Kenntnisse des deutschen Gesundheitssystems und des Arzneimittelmarktes, der relevanten Akteure sowie der Methoden der evidenzbasierten Medizin im Bereich der klinischen Forschung
Kenntnisse im Bereich des Marktzugangs von innovativen Arzneimitteln von Vorteil
Sorgfältige zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Selbstständigkeit und Reisebereitschaft
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf wissenschaftlichem Niveau in Wort und Schrift

We are looking for a (Junior) Consultant Market Access (m/f/d) to strengthen our Value & Access Strategy department at our Berlin office.

Your mission

Strategic consulting for Market Access, HE&OR and Policy Affairs / Governmental Relations departments of leading pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotechs
Participation in the realisation of holistic drug launches in Germany and other European markets in international cooperation
Collaboration on interdisciplinary projects in the area of market access for innovative medicinal products relating to the AMNOG process (e.g. G-BA consultations, HTA strategy, analysis planning, simulation training, etc.)
Scientific analysis and evaluation of regulatory instruments and their impact on the pharmaceutical market
Derivation of adequate pricing strategies by determining price corridors at market launch and assessing the competitive structure
Collaboration in the development of concepts to ensure patient access and to optimise patient care in the outpatient and inpatient areas
Support in carrying out health economic analyses and modelling
Horizon scanning of health policy developments and their impact on the pharmaceutical market
Participation in stakeholder engagement activities for a professional dialogue, e.g. with medical societies, self-government and health policy stakeholders
Support in the preparation of publications and project reports

Your profile

Successfully completed studies (Master's/Diploma) in the fields of health economics, public health, medicine, pharmacy or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience desirable (e.g. as part of internships, positions in consultancies, pharmaceutical companies, self-administration companies or related professional fields)
Analytical way of thinking for the development of creative solutions
Knowledge of the German healthcare system and the pharmaceutical market, the relevant players and the methods of evidence-based medicine in the field of clinical research
Knowledge in the area of market access for innovative pharmaceuticals is an advantage
Careful and reliable way of working as well as independence and willingness to travel
Very good communication skills and fluency in written and spoken German and English at a scientific level
