To strengthen our team in the area of Value Strategy & RWE, we are looking for a Consultant Value Strategy & RWE - Focus on Healthcare Data Analysis (m/f/d)

Your mission

Strategic consulting for market access, HE&OR and RWE departments at leading pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotechs
Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects on market access for innovative drugs with a focus on routine data analysis (health insurance and other healthcare data sets)
Design, implementation and evaluation of secondary data analyses (including data preparation, cohort definition and statistical analyses)
Support with HTA-related issues (e.g. evidence requirements, PICO scoping, analysis strategies) and with the transfer of results into publications, presentations and project reports
Collaboration in the design and implementation of real-world evidence studies to investigate the efficacy and safety of innovative drugs in healthcare practice
Conducting systematic literature searches and structured evaluations to supplement routine data findings
Active participation in the further development of internal data and methodological expertise, including preparation for the analysis of health data from the FDZ Gesundheit
Collaboration in the creation and publication of publications in, for example, scientific journals, project reports and results presentations

Your profile

Successfully completed degree (master's/diploma) in public health, epidemiology, health economics, statistics, biometrics, medical informatics or a comparable field
At least 1–2 years of relevant professional experience with routine data analysis (e.g. health insurance or registry data) in an academic or industrial environment
Experience in the preparation of scientific documents, e.g. study protocols, study reports or publications
In-depth knowledge of epidemiological and statistical methods as well as basic knowledge of HTA/market access requirements desirable
Good programming skills in R or Python; knowledge of SQL is an advantage
Analytical thinking, structured and careful working style, and a high degree of initiative
Open-minded and communicative personality with a team orientation and customer focus
Fluent written and spoken German and English (academic level)
