We are looking for a Senior Market Access & HTA Manager / Senior Consultant (m/f/d) to join our HTA & Value Demonstration team at our Nuremberg office as soon as possible.

Your mission

As a Senior Market Access & HTA Manager / Senior Consultant (m/f/d), you will contribute to the preparation of AMNOG and EU HTA dossiers, as well as to other services within the benefit assessment process, including G-BA consultations, statements, hearing training and Joint Scientific Consultations (JSC). Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Supporting the development of strategies for AMNOG and EU HTA procedures, as well as assisting with benefit assessment processes (e.g. G-BA consultations, statements, hearings, Joint Scientific Consultations)
  • Description and evaluation of clinical trials and their results
  • Supervision and conduct of systematic literature searches for clinical trials and guidelines in the indication under consideration
  • Description of the disease, including current treatment options and therapeutic needs
  • Epidemiological and cost data research
  • Description of the methodology and results of indirect comparisons and real-world data collection
  • Presentation of the results of clinical trials and our own research in the form of presentations and publications, and derivation of strategic recommendations
  • Strategic advice to clients on study design, evidence requirements, selection of comparator therapies, and preparation for benefit assessments and price negotiations

Your profile

  • A successfully completed degree (Master’s/Diploma) in natural sciences, pharmacy, health economics, public health, medicine or a comparable qualification
  • Providing strategic advice to clients on study design, evidence requirements, selection of comparator therapies, and the preparation of benefit assessments and price negotiations
  • An interest in the preparation of medicinal product dossiers (AMNOG and EU-HTA)
  • Knowledge of the German healthcare system and the pharmaceutical market, as well as methods of evidence-based medicine in the field of clinical research
  • Experience in project management desirable
  • Very good command of German and English at an academic level
  • High level of commitment and results-orientation, as well as a thorough and precise working style
  • An open-minded and communicative personality with a team-oriented and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to translate complex scientific evidence into strategic recommendations for action
  • Strong analytical skills, as well as structured and solution-oriented thinking
